Welcome to the website for the Rosemary Beach Association of Michigan. Rosemary Beach is located just South of Grand Mere State Park in Stevensville, Michigan. The Rosemary Beach Association was incorporated as a non-profit in 1983 with the following purposes....
To sustain the natural beauty and residential qualities and values of "Rosemary Beach", a residential development located in Section 6, Lake Township, Berrien County, Michigan.
To acquire, own, control, improve and maintain the beach, roads, trails, utilities, stairs and all other common areas, facilities, properties and amenities associated with or utilized by said "Rosemary Beach" area.
To appoint and employ such officers, managers and agents as the affairs of this corporation may require.
To make rules and by-laws for the regulation and management of its affairs, and alter and repeal the same.
And to do any and all things that a corporation organized under the above said Act(Act 162, Public Acts of 1982) is empowered by Law and Statute to do.
